Modifying Contact Information and Passwords:


Changing your domain name contact information

  1. Login to your Domain Name Control Panel.

    Please refer to "I'm having problems logging in to my Domain Name Control Panel" should you ever encounter any problems.


  2. Enter your domain name and password. Remember, your domain name does not include "www." and must include the domain extension (.com, net, etc..). In the event your password is forgotten or misplaced, please visit our Password Retreival Form to have your password emailed to you.


  3. Once logged into your domain name control panel, click on the tab at the top entitled "Contact Information".


  4. Click the Edit button next to each contact and make changes to your contact information. Please make sure to update all four of your contacts so that we may notify you when it's time to renew your domain name.


  5. Click on the Save button to save your changes.



Changing your domain nanme password

  1. Login to your Domain Name Control Panel.


  2. Enter your domain name and password. Remember, your domain name does not include "www.". In the event your password is forgotten or misplaced, please visit our Password Retreival Form to have your password emailed to you.

  4. Upon logging into your domain name control panel, the first section is entitled General Settings. Click the Edit button and change your password. The number of asterisks in the password field will not contain the true number of characters in your password. This is a precaution in the event someone is looking over your shoulder. Please note that you password must be a minimum of 5 characters and is case sensitive. Be sure to write down your password in a safe place and do not give out your password to anyone. Changes to your password are immediate.


  5. Click on the Save button to save your changes.
